In April 2002 we met a young couple living in downtown Toledo in an old warehouse that they had completely remodelled and built apartments into the old structure.

The young couple were Steve and Michelle Green and we really loved what they had done to the Sunflower Building.

They told us about their next project: Chicago-Style Townhouses in downtown Toledo.

After visiting the construction site and getting the floor-plans, we got very interested. It seemed to be a very good investment.

To make a long story short, we ended up buying two condominiums, one for our personal use and one to rent.

The fact that we found a tenant within less than three months is proof for the right decision we made.

We can say that we enjoy the time we can spend in our place at S. St. Clair with an interesting young neighbourhood and the many good food places in the vicinity and we do know,

that our tenants feel the same way.

We do hope that River West is just the beginning for a new way of living downtown and will attract more people with a vision that help redevelop a radiant city centre.
